Terms and conditions

We sell only vintage items. Many pieces have been out of production for years or decades and may show age-appropriate wear. We strive for full transparency and always provide clear descriptions and photos. Contact us if you need additional details about any item.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer. After checkout, you’ll receive an invoice and a receipt. Prices are shown in Euros (€). Ownership transfers only once full payment has been received.

All items ship from the warehouse in Krefeld, Germany after payment is received. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Buyers are responsible for issues arising from unclaimed or misdelivered parcels; any return or re-shipping costs due to incorrect information will be charged to the buyer. Non-EU buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.

Items can be collected from our space in Krefeld, either personally or via a logistics partner. Items must be collected within 14 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of used furniture, all items are sold as described. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item significantly differs from its description. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. The buyer bears all return shipping costs. Custom duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival. If damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging, the item, and the shipping label, and keep all original packaging. Refunds depend on the carrier’s decision. Claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are issued only after a successful claim, which may take up to 8 weeks.
